WG Members and Leaders Azores Station #2 (15th-18th of April, 2026):
Conditions: 6 participants/per WG (including at least 1WG Leader)
Call for Participation: Launched by WGLeaders within WG membership.
Period of Call Open: until 8th of January
Communication of results: 15th of January
Amount per diem: 201€/day, max. 3 days participation (plus two travel days) + flight reimbursed (rate average 400€).
Objective: Each presentation has the duration of 10 min. The WG leaders should also present 10 min the progress of the WG in Cost year #2.
Deliverables: Data Collection of WG members in our visits to the artisans. Posterior systematisation of collected data for website update.

Trainees for Station # 2 Azores Station #2 (15th-18th of April, 2026):
Conditions: aged under 40: Participation at Station #2 as Trainees.
Call for Participation: Launched by WG Leaders within WG membership
Period of Call Open: 8th of January
Communication of results: 15th of January
Amount per diem: 201€/day, max. 3 days participation (plus two travel days) + flight reimbursed.
Objective: Participation in Workshops with local artisans, and data collection (qualitative interviews regarding local circular practices – from a historic and recent perspective).
Nr. of Trainees positions: 2 Trainees/WG
Deliverables: Posterior systematization of collected data.

WG Presential Meetings:
Nr of presential meetings: Every Cost Year 2 WGs have presential meetings (for ex.: in 2026-WG1,2; in 2027- WG3,4 etc.)

MC Meetings:
Presential: 18 April 2026, Azores, 1 day
Online: 2 meetings (4th February, July, September)
Nr. Participants: 15 reimbursed (according to presence frequency and contributions in meetings so-far)

Criteria of selection of grantees/trainees/WG member participation: the contributions should most closely reflect the objectives of our COST Action, namely:
present a case study of circular practices that are based on:
-creative, artistic, experimental and innovative circular solutions.
- present in a clear way methodologies of promoting circularity in a certain environment
- create a bridge between European and non-European practices OR present case-studies from non-European environments (focus: Africa and Latin America - overall focuses of our project)-
- consider ancestral practices that can be now revitalised.

The 1st CIRCUL'ARTs Global Meeting (1st Station) will take place between 8th -10th of September 2025 in Paris at Fondation Maison de Science de l'Homme (conferences) and at Casa da America Latina (Film Program and Conversations).
